FISLL is a social impact brand whose purpose is to engage, equip, inspire, and outfit people to live better, lead better, and perform better. Founded by NBA All-Star Allan Houston, the organization is named for the Five Fundamentals of faith, integrity, sacrifice, leadership and legacy, for which he credits his success as an athlete and in life. FISLL’s platform provides multimedia content, apparel and licensing. 

Leaning into the Five Fundamentals, FISLL offers programs, platforms and products for youth and adults with the purpose of promoting leadership, intentionality and personal growth in all aspects of one’s life.

Those who engage with FISLL encounter a culture of mentorship, a suite of tools and strategies, and a focus on values that prepare them to be ready physically, mentally and spiritually to meet life’s challenges and opportunities.

By leaning on FISLL tools, strategies and values throughout their lives, FISLL participants are well prepared “from the inside out” to overcome barriers and experience success: as a student, performer, partner and parent; in their chosen vocation; and as a member of their community.

The FISLL brand is comprised of three distinct organizations and corporations that are intended to bring the FISLL Fundamentals to life.

FISLL's media channels consist of a digital learning platform, publications, podcasts, virtual events and the FISLL mobile app to engage and empower its users.

FISLL’s merchandising division is led by FISLL NBA - an official licensing partnership with the NBA producing premium apparel manufactured in Africa. FISLL looks to expand its merchandising portfolio in order to empower and inspire all people to develop a winning mentality and consider the significance of their personal legacy.

The Allan Houston Legacy Foundation (AHLF) is a multi-dimensional organization created to work with any individual, program, business, or institution that serves the community. AHLF manages The FISLL Project (TFP) which serves as its signature social impact arm. The FISLL Project focuses on Youth Voice and Leadership cultivation, combining the model of leadership teaching and restorative behavioral science with mentorship, character development, media content, events, and programming.
